Omer Counting Journal

Zita Gluskin and her three children,
Miriam, Sam (aka Shai), and Esther, July 1958

Today is the 35th day of the omer (May 12-13, 2001) which is malchut in hod:

Malchut, the queen, the closeness of God, that which mediates the limitless divine into the tangible reality of this world.

Hod, the reverberating beauty, the echoes of the generations.

Malchut in hod: Giving birth (literally and figuratively) to the generations. A perfect combination for Mother's Day!
